A spokesperson of the family told us that Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan, the couple sold one of their San Francisco homes for $31 million in an off-market transaction. This is the most expensive deal in town so far this year.

This is the most expensive sale in San Francisco this year. The 7,386-square-foot home, built in 1928, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located on the outskirts of the city’s Mission District and Dolores Heights neighbourhoods. The transaction closed on July 1, but records have only recently become public.

When did the couple purchased this house?
According to public records, Zuckerberg, 38, paid $10 million for the home in 2012.
The home, which is located in the Dolores Heights neighbourhood, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and spans over 7,300 square feet.
According to TRD, the new deed filed on the home was signed by the vice president of operations for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
Zuckerberg purchased the home at 3450 21st St. through SFRP LLC.
