John Wick: Chapter 4 Movie Review. As the direct sequel to 2019’s John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and the fourth entry in the John Wick film series, John Wick: Chapter 4 (or simply JW4) is an upcoming American neo-noir action thriller. Produced by Stahelski, Basil Iwanyk, and Erica Lee, it is directed by Chad Stahelski, with a screenplay co-written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch and based on characters created by Derek Kolstad. The movie, which is made by Thunder Road Pictures and 87North Productions, features Keanu Reeves in his title role once again.The movie, which is distributed by Lionsgate, is scheduled for a March 24 theatrical debut in the United States. The movie’s original May 21, 2021, release date was postponed because of the COVID-19 epidemic and partially because of Reeves’ obligations with The Matrix Resurrections.
In the role of John Wick, played by Keanu Reeves, the High Table is after him because of his famous reputation as a professional hitman and assassin.
