House Of The Dragon: Episode 6 Preview Review, Cast, Story, 2022 Release Date and Trailer
On HBO Max, House of the Dragon delivered a horrific episode 5 on Sunday night. However, if you stayed tuned long after the credits rolled to see a teaser of episode 6, you may have pondered what happened between these two episodes. Suddenly, new actors begin taking on key parts, and the story jumps ahead years.
House Of The Dragon Episode 6 Synopsis
The preview begins with a dragon flying across the sky, followed by a member of the king’s Small Council saying, “We should discuss the newest development in the Stepstones.” Wait, didn’t Prince Daemon already accomplish that by severing the Crabfeeder? Oh, no, this isn’t a repeat. The Stepstones are once again causing Viserys ulcers. Queen Alicent, now played by Olivia Cooke, 28, rather than Emily Carey, 19, informs us that it’s been a decade since Daemon fought that war, and he’s since abandoned the territory undefended. Was this meant to be his permanent job from now on? It doesn’t leave much time for murdering spouses and playing with nieces.
About the Trailer
The trailer for House of the Dragon episode 6 opens with the Targaryen court addressing the kingdom’s “recent developments.” Prince Daemon abandoned the region roughly a decade ago, leaving behind a weak and feeble King Viserys (Paddy Considine), who fainted in shock at the end of episode 5. The House of the Dragon episode 6 teaser then shows Queen Alicent Hightower and Princess Rhaenyra as younger selves, who married Laenor Velaryon despite knowing his sexual orientation.
